Leslie Sultan, a Los Angeles native and CUNY Law graduate, opened her own private practice in New York in 2010. Now a partner at Sammartino & Sultan Law Group, she focuses on helping families avoid probate court through proactive estate planning strategies.
Leslie runs their virtual practice, serving clients across New York City andLong Island. She’s also the host of the "Legacy Purse" podcast, where she shares herexpertise on building lasting legacies. Licensed in both New York and New Jersey, Leslie is dedicated to guiding families through the estate planning process with ease and care.

Christina Sammartino Esq.
Christina Sammartino has been practicing law in New York State, for over 7 years. She is a Pace University School of Law graduate who previously studied Business Administration at Hofstra University.
After passing the New York and New Jersey Bar Exams, she went on to work for several law firms with primary practice areas in Real Estate, Estate Planning, Estate Administrations, Guardianship proceedings under Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law, and Article 17A, Medicaid planning and applications. Christina is also certified as a Guardian, Court Evaluator, and Attorney for the AIP under Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge.
Christina is originally from South Hempstead and now lives in Lindenhurst with her husband, two children, and a dog.

Clay Snider Esq.
Clay Snider is an Associate Attorney at Sammartino & Sultan Law Group, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on estate planning and elder law. He is committed to helping individuals and families navigate the legal complexities of aging, asset protection, and long-term care with clarity and compassion, as well as guiding families through the probate process during times of loss.
Clay earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2024. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, providing him with a strong foundation in financial strategy and client-focused planning.
Clay works closely with clients to develop customized legal solutions that safeguard their assets, protect their loved ones, and provide lasting peace of mind. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
Outside of the office, Clay enjoys staying active through sports and spends his free time playing golf and soccer.
