Elizabeth started her career as a social worker in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, supporting individuals and families through complex and emotional situations. In her work in discharge planning, she saw how difficult it can be for patients and families to navigate care decisions after a medical event.
During that time, she recognized a gap in understanding around home care options, which led her into her current role nearly 20 years ago. Anthony Aloisio
Anthony graduated from St. Joseph’s University of Patchogue in 2019 majoring in accounting and minoring in criminal justice. While there, he was a catcher for the baseball team, member and president of the accounting society, mentored high schoolers from Patchogue-Medford, and interned for two years before starting full time at a accounting firm in Brightwaters, Sheehan and Company, after graduating. While working full-time as a staff and eventually semi-senior accountant at Sheehan, he worked with clients in the restaurant, medical, manufacturing, construction, rental, HOA, non-profit, and fire department industries to assist with their tax, bookkeeping and financial statement obligations. In addition to his full-time commitments, he passed the CPA exam and attended graduate school to obtain his CPA license by January 2023. Amongst obtaining his license, he was recruited by Marcum in Melville (now CBIZ) as a senior auditor and specialized in construction clients. Anthony was promoted to supervisor at Marcum in September 2024 and in December 2024 was recruited by Tepedino and Company in Jericho, as a Senior CPA to work as a generalist again. He has enjoyed the opportunity that Tepedino and Company has provided him in assisting clients with their tax obligations and looks forward to a long career with the firm.
